Bruckner's Delphin is a continuous rope processing range designed to reduce liquor consumption. The machine features a stored program control (SPC) to automatically control liquor flow rates, chemical dispensing, and liquor levels. The machine requires little human intervention. Process data, such as fabric number and fabric weight per unit area, are entered using a control terminal. Integrated meters and sensors monitor process parameters during operation, allowing the SPC to automatically adjust speeds and liquor flow rates. The range can be interfaced to a central computer for remote process control or data acquisition.
