Memminger-IRO has introduced the new Pulsonic 2 pressure-feed oiler for circular knitting machines. Optimum lubrication is critical for high speed machines with steep cam angels and a large number of feeders per inch. Lubrication decreases friction, vibration, heat, and the amount for foreign particles, thus protecting the machine from excessive wear and the knit fabric from soil. The pumps operate in oil without forming air bubbles. The oil reservoir is leakproof and cannot overflow. Selector switches for up to three oiling points control oil quantity.
