Back warp fabrics consist of three elements: two warp yarns and one filling yarn. The back and face weaves are independent. Back warp fabric construction combines two simple weaves. The riser of a back yarn should have the warp raised on each side of it. This eliminates any irregularity on the back and face and prevents a riser from coming next to a sinker. An example of interlacing two four-leaf satins obtained a warp satin on both sides of the fabric.
